Our client is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) established on January 1, 1961. It currently has 29 branch offices, 63 representative offices and 31 Service Offices, and 1,835 One-stop Administration Services Office spread throughout Indonesia. Our client is engaged in Social Insurance. Supporting government program policies in the fields of economy, social security and national development in general, especially in the field of loss insurance by organizing social insurance programs and optimizing the utilization of company resources to produce high quality services and strong competitiveness to increase company value by applying the principles of Limited Liability Companies. Our client is responsible for managing traffic accident insurance for passengers, both public transportation, private vehicles, and pedestrians based on Law No. 33 of 1964 and Law No. 34 of 1964 every Indonesian citizen has been covered by Our client's insurance.

Objectives and Solutions

After the success of phase I and there were new regulations for the next program, our client entrusted us again to make adjustments on several sides, especially on the Administrator page and the user's private page. Other features were also developed to complete the system. The application structure in Mudik Gratis version 2 is prepared to be used not only by our client, but also by other State-Owned Enterprises that hold similar programs.

This application also has a Check-in feature where participants must scan the QR Code at departure which can be more easily done if using a cellphone. We make this application can run and be accessed through any device without reducing comfort when using it.

QR Code Scanning

On the day of departure, users must check-in by scanning the QR Code printed on each fleet. This process can be done easily via mobile phone. Users simply open the camera application then click the link that appears, users will be directed to a page and select the names of passengers who follow the departure.

Schedule Management

The process of managing departure schedules can be easily and efficiently managed by the Administrator. With some updates, administrators can now enter schedules from other companies that hold similar programs. Administrators can fill in schedules one by one such as destinations, fleets, departure and arrival times, or fill in schedules in bulk by uploading the templates that have been provided. This ease of access is certainly not separated from the user-friendly page display and capable application architecture.

Campaign Management

Each year, the program has different requirements, such as different fleet options. This year only provides buses and trains, other years can provide buses, trains, and ships. We provide campaign management features that can be easily adjusted at any time by the Administrator.
