Our client is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) company established on January 1, 1961. Currently our client has 29 branch offices, 63 representative offices and 31 service offices, and 1,835 One-stop Administration Services Offices spread throughout Indonesia. The company is engaged in Social Insurance. Supporting government program policies in the fields of economy, social security and national development in general, especially in the field of liability insurance by organizing social insurance programs and optimizing the utilization of company resources to produce high quality services and strong competitiveness to increase company value by applying the principles of Limited Liability Companies. The Company is responsible for managing traffic accident insurance for passengers, both public transportation, private vehicles, and pedestrians based on Law No. 33 of 1964 and Law No. 34 of 1964.

Objectives and Solutions

Our client has been carrying out Mudik Gratis activities since 2008 and is the coordinator for the State-Owned Enterprises Mudik Gratis program. This program can be followed by all Indonesian people with the aim of going home to various cities using various fleet options. In running this program, our client uses an application to facilitate the registration and ticket booking process. However, every year the policy for running this program is updated but the application cannot facilitate the new policy.

The team entrusted us to develop a new application called Ticketing System Phase I. In phase I, we developed a website with a modern look and supported by a CMS that is easy to operate. The Ticketing System application can provide complete and real time information for users (prospective travelers) related to the Mudik Gratis program that is being implemented. The main feature of this application is that it can manage fleet data, departure schedules, ticket booking and management processes, recording merchandise distribution, departure check-in, and is integrated with other supporting applications.

Fit for All Devices

Ticketing System can be accessed anywhere and anytime in order to convey the latest information related to the program. This application also has a Check-in feature where participants must scan the QR Code at departure which can be more easily done if using a mobile phone. We make this application can run and be accessed through any device comfortably.

The ticket booking process on the Ticketing System website is very easy with just a few steps. Supported by a user-friendly display with a powerful application structure, this ticket booking process can be accessed by thousands of users at the same time.

QR Code Scanning Process

On the day of departure, users must check-in by scanning the QR Code printed on each fleet. This process can be done easily via mobile phone. Users simply open the camera application then click the link that appears, users will be directed to a page and select the names of passengers who follow the departure.

Schedule Management

The departure schedule management process can be managed easily and efficiently by the Administrator. Administrators can fill in one by one schedules such as destinations, fleets, departure and arrival times, or fill in schedules in bulk by uploading templates that have been provided. This ease of access is certainly not separated from the user-friendly page display and powerful application structure.

Each year, the program has different requirements, such as different fleet options. This year only provides buses and trains, other years can provide buses, trains, and ships. We provide campaign management features that can be easily adjusted at any time by the Administrator.

Integrated with Other Apps

Ticketing System has been integrated with other supporting applications. This integration allows the system to check and validate data such as ID numbers contained in the Dukcapil system, travel insurance payments, user motor vehicle taxes, user driving licenses, and bus vehicle tax.
