LMS application is a digital platform that serves as an online learning media for all employees in one of the state-owned companies engaged in social insurance. The application was developed using moodle, an open-source learning management system platform used to manage and organize online education and training activities. However, the existing application does not have optimal performance and does not have features that can accommodate user needs. With these problems, our client entrusted us to update the LMS application. This LMS application development is an application upgrade from the previous LMS version. Some of the upgrades that are done are starting from updating the application version, supporting application infrastructure, user interface display, application code optimization, and adding some features needed by users. The ultimate goal of this upgrade is to create better and more optimal performance compared to the performance in the previous version.
The UI/UX of the LMS application is well designed to help create a pleasant and intuitive user experience. Users can easily understand how to navigate the application without getting frustrated. Clear functionality and easy navigation make the online learning process smoother.
The latest LMS application has been equipped with several features according to what users need to facilitate the learning and teaching process. These include bringing up course categories as information guides, cheating detection when conducting exams, reward points for participants, and media shares to share learning information to social media.
The LMS application has been integrated with Azure and Ceri applications, making it easier for users to log in in one place and one account with other internal applications.
