Gopald for Customer

After successfully launching the Gopald mobile application for operators, DPKPP Indramayu wants to develop a broader use of the Gopald application, where customers are expected to request services through an application that can be downloaded through PlayStore. The customer will order the service through the Gopald application, the Administrator will manage the service operation and the Operator goes to the customer's location and performs final disposal at the IPLT location. Surveyors will conduct surveys for prospective customers. With the presence of the Gopald application for customers, the process of digitizing the formation of domestic sewage suction service data becomes more efficient, faster, and can cut the work of filling in customer data and suction schedule booking data which was originally carried out entirely by Administrator officers.

Customers can register and book services easily. Simply prepare some personal data and select a booking schedule. The administrator will confirm the order and the operator will head to the customer's place immediately.

The appearance of the Gopald application is designed in such a way as to emphasize ease of use for every user. Customers will not experience any difficulties when placing an order on the application.

After booking a service, customers can send messages to the Administrator regarding schedules, operators, and more.

Manage scheduling, document submission, adding new users, and officer settings through one dedicated web application for Admin. Admin can directly monitor how the Operator is performing, feedback from customers and organize documents for customers.
