Domestic wastewater management (DWM) is one of the right steps in preserving the environment of a region. Non-centralized domestic wastewater management services cause many operational problems when the service is implemented in the community. As a DWM management institution in Indramayu Regency, tools are needed as a means of improving the quality of applicable services with the aim of improving the quality of human and institutional resources of UPTD IPLT and Workshop.

Gopald is a digital solution to make it easier for DWM services to run systematically and organized. Gopald is a mobile application used by DWM officers. Designed with five main users namely Operators, IPLT Operators, Customers, Admins, and Surveyors.

The interface of the Gopald app is designed in such a way as to prioritize the ease of use of each user. Operators will have no difficulty when using the application at the customer's location, Customers can find out the detailed status of the services that have been ordered and Admins can monitor service schedule operations easily through the web application.

To support the convenience of making transactions between customers and operators, the Gopald mobile application has integrated payment methods through QRIS. With this, customers do not need to bother preparing cash when the Toilet Suction Service has been completed.

Manage scheduling, document submission, adding new users, and officer settings through one dedicated web application for Admin. Admin can directly monitor how the Operator is performing, feedback from customers and organize documents for customers.

Gopald is supported by a microsite to provide all information related to the application. This microsite can be accessed anytime and anywhere. We created the Gopald microsite with a responsive design concept so that it is easily accessible on all devices. The layout, images, and text automatically adjust to the screen size, making it easy to navigate and read on any device.
