Our client is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) company established on January 1, 1961. Currently our client has 29 branch offices, 63 representative offices and 31 service offices, and 1,835 One-stop Administration Services Offices spread throughout Indonesia. The company is engaged in Social Insurance. Supporting government program policies in the fields of economy, social security and national development in general, especially in the field of liability insurance by organizing social insurance programs and optimizing the utilization of company resources to produce high quality services and strong competitiveness to increase company value by applying the principles of Limited Liability Companies. The Company is responsible for managing traffic accident insurance for passengers, both public transportation, private vehicles, and pedestrians based on Law No. 33 of 1964 and Law No. 34 of 1964.
To run its business activities, our client, especially the ESG and Institutional division, uses an application to facilitate performance and save time. However, the application used is no longer relevant to the company's SOP and requires further development. With this issue, they entrusted us to develop an application called the Sustainable Pillar Integration System.
The Sustainable Pillar Integration System application is a modernized application developed using the latest technology with a user friendly display, making it easy to use. This application has several main features such as to create a Work Plan and Budget, process data on assistance requests, process data on loan applications for MSMEs, record journals for assistance transactions that are integrated with ERP applications, record journals for loan transactions, and to manage reports. The Sustainable Pillar Integration System application is well accessible on various devices and is used by all client offices both Head Office and Branch Offices.
An app that is difficult to use or navigate can quickly become frustrating for users, leading them to abandon it in favour of something more user-friendly. To that end, we made the look and experience of using the Sustainable Pillar Integration System app as easy as possible to operate even by novice users.
In running its business, every company must have various other supporting applications. To make it easier for users, the Sustainable Pillar Integration System application is integrated with supporting applications such as Ceri, Azure, and ERP.
In accordance with the company's SOP, loan transactions and assistance transactions are recorded in different journals. Loan transactions are recorded in a local journal while assistance transactions are recorded in a different journal located in the ERP application. To make it easier to find the transaction data, we make all journal features accessible in one application.
The Sustainable Pillar Integration System application has been integrated with the Azure and Ceri applications, making it easier for users to log in in one place and one account with other company applications.
