Objectives and Solutions

Monitoring transaction flow is a fundamental thing that must be done by every Fin-Tech company to facilitate the process of checking and evaluating bottlenecks that occur in each transaction. To facilitate this, PT Astra Mitra Ventura (AMV) needs a system that can accommodate this work and entrusted Lingkar9 to develop a pipeline monitoring system in the form of a web-based app Customer Portal, Oneda, and mobile-app Vision using the latest technology.

The main feature in this application is the 'Bucket Information' Dashboard where users can monitor the flow of all transactions easily. The main feature in this application is 'Bucket Flow' where users can adjust (add / reduce / change) the flow of transactions according to their needs or applicable SOPs.

Customizable Bucket Flow

The AMV team could adjust the transaction flow in the system anytime there is a change in the SOP. This is very beneficial for the company because the company could flexibly add, change, or delete any flows without the need for a redevelopment process.
