Bayer is a global company with competencies in Life Science related to health and agriculture. Bayer's products and services are designed to benefit and improve the quality of human life. The Bayer Group aims to create value through innovation, growth and high earning power. As a corporation, Bayer upholds the principles of sustainable development and social and ethical responsibility. Bayer products have been available in Indonesia since 1920. As a legal entity, the establishment of PT Bayer Indonesia was confirmed in 1957. Bayer operates three supply centers in Indonesia that are part of the global Bayer production facility supply chain. Most of the products from these supply centers are exported to countries around the world as well as marketed in Indonesia.
Objectives & Solutions
To support the SOP, PT Bayer Indonesia needs an application to manage the facilities provided to each employee. This application is expected to simplify the process of recording facilities, such as new facilities for new employees, borrowing facility, and returning facilities. In addition to employee facilities, this application also has features to manage onboarding, movement (employees who change positions/departments), and offboarding data. PT Bayer Indonesia entrusted us to achieve this goal by creating an application called Employee Facility System. The application is made with the latest technology and implements UI/UX that is easy to operate by users.
Fit for All Devices
We created this application with a customized design so that it can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and using any device. Of course this can help user performance to be more efficient.
Easy to Operate
An app that is difficult to use or navigate can quickly become frustrating for users, leading them to abandon it in favour of something more user-friendly. To that end, we made the look and experience of using the Employee Facility System as easy as possible to operate even by novice users.
