HR Management Application

To support the smooth activities of the HR department, PT Bayer Indonesia needs an integrated application that can manage all employee data. Previously, Bayer Indonesia had been running systems to manage HR but those systems were running stand alone and were not running smoothly in daily operations. This misaligned process caused the team to take extra time when carrying out HR-related activities.

With this issue, Bayer Indonesia entrusted us to update the HR system. The new system is expected to accommodate all the shortcomings in the previous application, run smoothly as expected, and impact productivity and efficiency for the better. This system will also harmonize all processes starting from Recruitment, Onboarding, Movement, Additional Facility, Offboarding, including approval flow.

All processes in the system are integrated, making it easy for the users involved to know the status of the data in real-time and follow up quickly.

We created this application with a customized design so that it can be accessed anywhere, anytime, and using any device. Of course this can help user performance to be more efficient.

An app that is difficult to use or navigate can quickly become frustrating for users, leading them to abandon it in favor of something more user-friendly. To that end, we made the look and experience of using the HR System as easy as possible to operate even by novice users.
